So yay, powers out and key won't work with electric and the companies are useless sods.

I'm going to try again tomorrow and complain about the lack of help.

Either phone cut off on their end or the last person sounded like they had no care in the world.
So I'm preparing for a long night without power, tried to contact a friend to see if I could spend the night there but calls have not been picked up and my messages ignored.

So today has been nothing but shite so I'm putting things on hold and will be difficult to reach and it'll take me time to get back and to get back to art.
