So I was trying to commission someone and went to pay them but trying to send either directly or by invoice doesn't seem to work if I'm commissioning someone not using US currency anymore and I'm not really sure how to fix it because the error message is saying that the sending was denied by my card's issuer so because of that I had to cancel a commission cause I couldn't figure out how to send it otherwise, anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
I seem to be able to send it internationally if they have shinies set up, otherwise I don't have a way to pay them. What can I do? lol
