I'm just about done with a commission I've owed for a while that features Grace as a pred. She's almost right up there with Waylon for me as far as favorite preds go. Of course, my scaly boi wins ten times outta ten, but I love writing for her almost as much tbh.

So, here are some headcanons I run with in my fics.

1. Whereas Waylon can only swallow average adult male whole, Grace's blubbery belly can fit up to two men. If they're really short dudes then she can do so comfortably. If they're average height or beyond then she'll get a major fit of indigestion.

2. Grace used to be a vegetarian when she was human but has since gleefully become a full on carnivore. Not just with her prey but with the sort of shit Waylon cooks or the food they nab. She'll pound away burgers by the dozen and love every second of it now.

3. Despite not being much of a drinker, Grace's whale body lets her down enough beer to get an elephant drunk and she'll still be pretty okay afterwards. But drinking too much gives her a bad case of hiccups, which she hates because when Grace gets the hiccups, they're the deep and loud ones that jerk her entire body and last for way too long.

4. Grace can burp way louder than Waylon. She was never a stickler but when she was human, Grace did have table manners. But with her giant body and how ravenous her appetite is, a lot of air tends to get stuck when she eats which she eventually releases. At first, she was always really embarrassed. Now, after a good burp, she'll pat her belly with relief and only jokingly excuse herself. She'll even get roped into burping contests with Waylon, which she mostly tends to win, much to the scaly boi's eternal shame.

5. I headcanon that Grace, like Waylon, has a bit of a belly on her and is way more curvy despite having the frame of a massive bodybuilder. This is both because she's a whale now and whales have a thick layer of blubber across their entire bodies. But also, it's because Grace is incredibly voracious and makes it a point to nom on the assholes of Gotham City who was bleeding it dry like the parasites they are. I think that Grace actually quite likes her belly, fond of how it looks and even fonder of how it represents her taking out the trash of Gotham City.

6. I totally headcanon that Waylon, in fics with Grace, may have a bit of a belly kink himself, because seeing his blubbery girlfriend all big and bloated gets him going, even when he's stuffed like a scaly turkey himself.

7. Grace enjoys dominating her prey, both for her predatory instincts and because she wants to make them all suffer for the suffering they bring onto others. She's like a gluttonous avenging angel from the sea.

8. She and Waylon will often do double-duty, each one rubbing each others bellies after a "job" since they both tend to leave with prey in their guts. While she adores having Waylon's rough scaly hands all over her rounded stomach, she also quite enjoys seeing him turn into a scaly puppy in her hands.

9. The only people Grace eats who she doesn't digest are young criminals whom she wants to give a big scare to.

10. Grace will safe vore children, stuffing them into her belly to keep them safe from harm. She'll get very motherly or big sister-y with kids because she's always had a soft spot for them, and deep down, hopes she and Waylon can have some mutant babies of their own.
