So I try to save personal posts for my Facebook because I can be a dramatic queen at times.
But this is a severe problem and my deadline is coming up and life has been unbearable cruel to me.

This is a huge reason why I'm having a huge sale

Basically because of covid landlords are choosing to sell their rentals as the costs of homes go up.
My landlord offered to sell the home to me, but not under any sort of owner finance. If I could buy a home I literally would not be renting one, duh.
So I asked for some time to crank out some debts. I am currently working 3 jobs (one of which is Commissions because I consider them a job) and am about to pick up a 4th. I also live with two other working adults. We've never been late on rent.

In the last 5 months I've had numerous emergencies that while I could afford them, they cut into my debt consolidation budget and housing deposit savings.

Two days ago my landlord texted me telling me they are listing the house whether I'm ready or not. And that the house that they originally told me was $120k is now $230k.

So honestly I'm a little desperate.
All my Commissions are going towards my new home fund. Like I only have a couple more things to pay off but my landlords arent going to wait.
