Where am I going....

I know where the direction I'm going, that is being an artist, I just have this "stuck" feeling.
I look for job position to be a character designer, concept artist, even being script writing and voice over for animated shows, series, or movies
However, I tried to submit my applications on my own, but still having no results. Sure there is casting call and an art style I'm happy is nice, yet once I shown it to studios, I have no results yet.
Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful I got to work on commission arts to let me practice, get some bucks, and I'm thankful that my customers are so happy for the art I made for them.
It's just with my family now charging me $50 a month for renting my room at there home, in my 20's unemployed and doing art to support my self until that day comes, even being pressured by my family (my father ) that makes me unsure of my next step in my life.
Sorry that I sounded too personal, just many things have been going on outside of the web. And I'm glad I'm apart of this wonderful community to connect. I just wish I can meet all of you in irl and hugs you all for the ones who enjoy, watch, and commission my work.

I was there once. Being in your early twenties is rough. It might help to look for work outside of your desired profession just to have a stable source of income in the meantime.

Yeah, I just hope I can find the right way, and Im glad helpful people like you can show it. I'm also planning in setting a patreon for extra bucks. But thank you so much for your advice, it means a lot.

Thanks, also I'm starting a Patreon and Ko-fi for extra bucks. I know it's like jump change, but it's for some income for the time being.
