Once upon a time, in a land far away...
Hey guys,
Starting in the end of June I'll be starting the process of refunding incomplete commissions. My intention was to catch up with my backlog but recent events have all but ensured that is no longer feasible in any time frame I can justify as responsible.
I ask that, if you wish to pursue a refund, you please message me privately to request it. I ask only that you submit the following information to better help me process your request:
Date of commission (close approximation is fine)
Amount paid
PayPal address you wish your refund sent to.
If I cannot find your information in my log i also ask you simply submit a screen shot verifying the commission or amount paid.
My apologies for the length of time it took for me to touch base with everyone. I went into this hoping to make it work but it's time to accept that I cannot do so.
My hope is to get to a place where I can reasonably start to be more active again and take commissions. I likewise hope you'll continue to support me along the way.
