In essence: Fatal Popping is where there is a loss of life and no ability to return. By this definition, I would avoid popping a living being permanently. That's how I see it.
I see it along the lines of death and such, so if someone were to die from it, then it's a no go.
By that definition then, "popping" as I stated there would be where either the person can reform, or there is no meaningful loss of life. This can be one of many scenarios, but the ones that come to mind which I believe help explain the point is:
- Cheap replacable toys are popped and not thought about much more. They can be sentient or not, but in the end, they can be replaced.
- A fur pops, but is reformed through a natural ability, magic, or some other factor in like mechanical means.
Hopefully this clears up my points about "popping" as a whole.
