Hi all!
Bad news...
I have got tinnitus, and it is so annoying... :(
I have had it for two weeks now and it is so annoying. I constently hear a low noise in my left ear. Today it got even louder it start to making me worried if not little nuts... :,(
Have you got it?
What do you do to make it less noisy?
Or do you know how to make it go away?
Have a good day or a good night~

Avoid loud noises
A tranquil ambient with a low sound stereo or a "white sound" could help
Make exercise twice a week also could help
Sorry but none of this tips is checked by me in first person, just hear here and there but hope could help a little
I don’t have it, though, so I’m honestly not sure if I should comment on this journal, but I am, because I really am sorry about you having it, though it could be worse
Every comment helps, and I appreciate it. <3
I do think you should probably see a doctor, though.
Again, I really hope things get better, and, again, it could always be worse!
I have had it for decades. High pitched solid tone that gets louder or softer but never goes away and sadly, yes, it is very annoying. Especially when it's louder.
Mine is likely a result of hood fans in the Chinese restaurants and resulted in a small drop in hearing in the upper register. The rest of my hearing is above average. Just one small section that matches the tone.
Avoiding loud noises will help it from getting worse. I think the white noise, tranquil or soft music is more a distraction from it. They can help you deal with it but I was told mine has no cure.
Yeah, it was very loud this morning and it made me worried. I just hope it will get better... T.T;
I have always had very sensetive ears, I think it happen two weeks ago when I was on my way to work.
Half way there and they did some street work and puts poles in the ground with a big machine. It sounded very loud and of course I passed by just when they put one down.
No worning no signs, I think that is the reason... :/
Sorry to hear, take care. <3
It can go away but, there are cases where it doesn't.
So please, PLEASE see a medical professional and find out if it's a constant or a temporary thing
Good things turned out well for you in the end. <3
