Update regarding mental health and stuff

General
People have been curious, so here's an update:
I am speaking to a therapist in a week about my gender dysphoria, and hoping for guidance in finding a psychologist/avenue for getting surgical correction of stuff for myself. That's been a pain, and sometimes Australia is disgustingly backwards about this sort of stuff.
My ADHD-C meds have some nasty side effects, some days I'm just not able to Do The Thing, even on as high a dose as I am. I'm scared of what that means for my mental health and brain chemistry. No, I'm not going to start looking at naturopathic remedies - It doesn't work, and I've got years of evidence to prove that.
My depression is still present, but I'm handling it. Some days are easier than others.
What I'd like to do is have a portfolio worth showing to employers. I'm slowly getting there.
I'd also like a full time or at least part time good paying job that means I'm not having to deal with the frankly demeaning and humiliating welfare process that Australia has.
It's hard to have dignity when the people who are supposed to help you decide that to tell you that your industry accolades and experience means less than nothing and that you should learn a new skillset.
ANYWAY. Gonna stream at some point today.
