Rules on the commissions:
• Commissioners should be 18+ of age, no minors will be allowed to commission even if with legal guardian approval! If at any point I find the someone underage attempts to commission something for me, it will be blocked and blacklisted from future commissions and freebies.
• -I may need to request an ID Picture If I have suspicion on the commissioner being a minor. (will only need first name, bday month and bday year to be present with our conversation on discord on the background, all other information can be censored with black bars)
• I will not work on any artwork that can be seen as hateful or political.
• If Cogo is included, FATAL DIGESTION IS NOT ALLOWED unless my permission is granted.
• Once the piece is paid I will not be offering refunds as the payment signifies satisfaction; However, if a financial emergency does come up after the payment, we will be able to discuss it further.
• Mention the phrase ‘code: Are you still riding the goat‘ during the commission discussion for a once per user 15% off the total picture.
• You most own the right of the characters used. Media characters may be allowed on a case to case bases.
• If the commission includes another’s person’s sona, you should have explicit permission
• Must have a visual reference (be it a ref sheet (preferred), a flat-colored picture, a colored based [that you can use] )
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel work on a commission if:
• The themes are of uncomfortable nature
• If time constrains impede the progress of the picture
• If there were previous negative experiences with the commissioner (example: non-payment; rude behavior; very pushy with the “Will not do” themes; Constant major changes to the idea after commission is almost to completion, etc..)
• If I become so dissatisfied with a piece or with the commission situation (thru no fault of the commissioner) I will either start over or cancel work, issue a refund (either partial or in full), and the commissioner will keep the piece as far as it got.
Entitlements:
If requested the commissioner can request the commission to include:
• 3 minor edits to the picture (errors from my part like missing parts of the design wont count to the edits)
• Time-lapse of things drawn in CSP.
• Fade-in & fade-out GIF animation when applicable
• If a line commission is bought, one png with transparent background with a signature for you to color or commission coloring and shading from someone else. (The signature should not be removed! )
• If available, the piece can be streamed while is being drawn.
• Unless requested otherwise I will check in with the Commissioner for every phase of the piece (sketching, line, color, shade, and corrections)
• Commissioner can request the commission to be private
A Guideline process will be as follows:
• Contact me on either platform [FA notes, Twitter DMs, or Discord] and let me know what kind of commission you want. (ex: a full body, Fast shaded picture with 3 characters with 2 of those in an internal view), feel free to be as detailed as you like on the idea or have a very rough sketch on the idea’s pose. Any requested entitlements must be mentioned at this phase.
I will give a first estimate of the price based on the idea’s content and the characters involved. If the estimate is accepted, I will proceed to sketch out the idea, once a refined sketch is given and the commissioner approves it, I will then request payment. Once payment is received Lining will start. I may start lining before the payment at my own discretion.
-If payment is delayed for more than 1 week, it will be consider a non-payment and the commission will be canceled
• Lines, coloring and shading will take place. Commissioners are free to poke me with progress every 3 days (helpful in case I forget.)
• Once the picture is finished, All versions (like internal and external) will be sent to the commissioner.
• I may take a bit long to upload so if I haven’t uploaded your commission in 2 days, feel free to post it only mentioning me as the artist, however if the picture is posted it would be appreciated if a link to the original be provided.
Red markings:
At any point during the WIPs while correcting or editing stuff, feel free to sketch over the WIP with ‘red lines’ or a high contrast color sketch lines with what you are looking for, this is encouraged if available to make communication on what you want out of the commission faster and easier, be it to point out a mistake in the design, a slight different pose on the sketching phase, etc.
