Looking back at my work and looking toward the future
4 years ago
Hey everyone, thank you for reading this journal. The people who watch me and take the time to read my journals are the best. You are the greatest supporters I've ever had and you all make me wanna keep writing. This is a catch-up journal where I talk about my previous works, the things in my gallery, the people who support me, and what I want to do in the future. I'm doing okay physically and mentally, so don't worry about me!
Wrecking Crew
This one was fun to write! I've always loved old buildings with gothic architecture. It's a shame we don't design buildings like this anymore, but funding to keep these buildings around is nonexistent. Anyway, I wanted a "legitimate" excuse to have Kiva destroy a building and although demolition is cliche, it worked out pretty well. A lot of the early scenes were references to the movie "Session 9." Gordon and Hank are named after characters in the film, and I based the asylum on the one in Danvers. Sequel in the works. I just need to iron out the details in my outline.
Dating a Direwolf: Complete Edition
I was really glad to make this. I think every artist wishes to go back and change their old work at some point. I promise not to go full George Lucas and change anything else though. This was a much-needed addition that rounded out the story.
Put a Spell on You
This one started off as a one-shot that became a trilogy after it became popular. It also started off more "fetish-y" than it ended. I didn't put too much thought into the mechanics of the magic or anything. I just wanted an excuse to shrink a few people and use a Lynx as the macro. Still, kinda proud of it. I wanted to do more vignettes and one-shots and ended up creating another series. I don't want to limit myself by word count or anything like that, but having written with word counts in mind my whole life it's difficult to let go of that. This one was inspired by multiple dnd campaigns and my many modded Skyrim playthroughs. There are some great mods that add size-changing spells. Unfortunately, they're usually unbalanced compared to most magic mods.
Bewitched
This is the one I'm least confident in. It's a fine bridge between the other two parts, but I think it's kind of boring. Without going full fetish mode, I think it misses out on the action the other two have. I could have added a sex scene in the middle but it felt in bad taste.
Magic in the Air
The big conclusion! I have not written proper action scenes before this, and I think it turned out pretty well. I ended up cribbing a lot of the magic from Dungeons and Dragons. Banyan is a level 1 wizard with the ritual magic feat, and Saahira was like a higher level wizard with lots of bonuses to strength and endurance. By the end, she's a half-dragon too. She's gonna be really overpowered if she trains!
Now that I am mildly internet famous, I must use my powers for good and shill artists who deserve views. Today's lucky contestant is
mroble, a friend of mine who is an up-and-coming artist who is attempting to "Git Gud" at art. Give him lots of love and support so that he can grow up big and strong someday.
There are artists who have gifted me art recently. I always credit them in the things I post, so go check them out if you haven't! Go watch

The near future is going to get very busy for me. I have a busy summer, but I will attempt to get writing done whenever I can. Please don't be afraid to comment on my work. Your comments, faves, and watches give me life. I will keep writing no matter what because it makes me happy, but it makes me happier to see people enjoy what I create.

Glad to hear that you're going to continue creating interesting literature though!
Can't wait to see what the future holds!
