How much would you charge to create a custom pokemon character for me? I'm down to help, just don't have one and have wanted one

Talking details and pitching ideas back and forth are free, the only thing I charge is what the end piece result is.
For this one time only since I don't have an option for it, if you're looking to make a front/back reference sheet, it starts as $40 for flat colors then we can suss out the details for any extra tidbits.

Is there a limit on what sort of stuff you'll do, like certain fetishes and such?

As long as it isn't CP or anything involving minors or used to hurt someone else. The basic stuff.
