Ferret fursuits - how the hell do you do the elongated body?

Hey guys, I was thinking of making a ferret fursuit, but I really have no idea how to get the elongated body :P
I did some doodle to show what I mean:

Yea that's what I was thinking, but when you bend your knees it would look really strange lol
