It's not so much a flame as much as I'd like to understand the logic behind such a request. If anything his anger is irrational due to the fact that he had no control over peoples reaction and no way to threaten them into doing as he wished. It's like being angry at people for taking all the shrimp at his cocktail party. He put it out there to be enjoyed and appreciated but didn't want them to show that appreciation by fave-ing it? That is by far the most warped piece of logic I've ever heard...

I can't speak for Milo, and can only guess as to his motives. However, people should respect an artist's wishes, regardless of how irrational as it might seem. In the end, if the artist becomes fed up, then there's less likely to be art from that person.

After all, why would someone who doesn't feel respected share anything with those people who +watch and act like they respect them?

That's not really the truth of it, since the same thing applies to every single being on this planet. That's why it's pointless to dwell on such things. If you're dwelling on your impact on the world, you will become depressed and disillusioned with the impact you actually have. Think smaller, within your circle of friends, your family. I'm sure your life and the lives of those you care about would be impacted without you.

In truth, I'm probably the least helpful person in the world, one of the worst artists, and one of the worst writers on the planet. But, I try anyways because I know if I can make some sort of impact on at least one other person's life in a positive way, then I can be happy. If at least one person enjoys my art, if at least one person takes something away from reading something I've written and thinks about it, and if my advice can save one person, then that's all I need. I don't care about the rest of the world. :3

respect is something anyone rarely gets,.. you know when you have it though... i have only three that i can say truly respect me,.. and as for others,.. they play games with people trying to get free shit,.. what am i,.. a fuckin broken quarter machine that does shit for free,.. hells to the naw,.. people should prove it by being a good person to one another
