Video games! Also buying a plant, they will grow and change with you and its nice to give yourself something to take care of! I suggest a succulent, cacti, or pothos, all super easy to take care of :)

As an emotional eater, often some yummy food. Which has been bad for the waistline though. 🤣

Cry my emotions out through some sad music and then work it back up to happy energetic music to clear and stabilize my emotions. After doing so its nice to make sure you don't have any stress around you.

Kitten videos never fail to cheer. I also recommend old school radio comedy like Jack Benny, Phil Harris and the Goon Show.

I like to watch funny or cute videos, or just unwind watching videos on a game I like.

Exercise, especially outside the house and/or the immediate neighborhood. A change of scenery does wonders to clean out the cobwebs in the attic.

Most of the time I tend to drown myself in FFXIV and/or listen to my favorite stuff on Spotify whenever I need a good pick-me-up! Usually either (or both!!) of those will help me break out of it, and whenever it doesn't...I dunno, sometimes I just go check on my plants (I have a lot of succulents, ehehe qwq), or even go for a short stroll in the yard with my doggo when it's nice out. We have a big ol' plot of land here with lots of pretty trees and flowers. The lilacs are still in bloom for just a bit longer, and there's honeysuckle everywhere now too... It smells divine outside lately -- it's absolutely breathtaking when you have everything in bloom here all at once for those few weeks before things start to change again~ ;w;

idk man its really tough to cheer up lately u_u

Sometimes I would blow some bubbles. Other times I listen to my favorite music or watch my favorite movie.

I usually curl up in bed with youtube videos. Maybe cry a lot depending what's upsetting me.
Usually sleep/rest helps me center myself. Although sometimes distractions or vent art help too.
