Can't draw (Issue Resolved)

I don't know what happened, and i suspect it might have something to do with a recent update to windows (which i can't rollback on anymore) but i can no longer draw. i'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue, and I've tried everything i could think of save reinstalling windows to fix whatever is going on ;w;

Update: I reinstalled windows and the problem still persists :C
Update 2: Issue was caused by update KB5003637, which i was unable to uninstall no matter what due to an error i got no information about. So i reinstalled windows from scratch, and now i has tablet

Xp-pen setting:
check the working area setting: you might wanna change from primiary to moniter 2 or something.
also mouse mode use the "Absolute Mode" Instead.
Xp-pen should have absolute mode option (i guess there is somewhere but i guess that for "pro version only")
try Calibrate.
