So about my hip impingement, it has once again affecting my mental health and physical
health. I've been feeling dreadful at times and just flat out tired because of pain everytime. Although I have the exercises for it, it's been difficult to do them because of the pain can be neither sharp or dull, and my hip keeps clicking. My legs are weak and I've been using the walking stick more than before.

I don't know if I'll get better at this rate if there's no improvement being made for next month, then refunds will be happening. I'm really sorry about all of this but I don't want to ruin a YCH that I wanted to pull off my best of NSFW works. It'll be delayed for the time being sadly until I get myself back into shape that is. :(
