Art block, work and the comic

Hello, let's talk about some life stuff
So making art has been difficult for a few months now. Even went through actual art block for a while
which I am not used to getting at all! Didn't like that one bit.
I thought I had overcome it but fact is that making art, especially fully shaded pieces and commission pieces
have been incredibly hard for a while now and I'm honestly tired.
I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that I started a job in february that is in the creative
field. Guess all my creative juices are flowing towards that right now (though not even that is going
too well so :/ )
Motivating myself to do commissions has therefor been difficult as well.
*sigh* Now onto my comic Flattery And Ale..
What started out as just a christmas break last year, is still lasting. With a job now, drawing comic
pages on the regular has become incredibly difficult and straight up overwhelming to the
point of me not even wanting to think about the comic because I'd just feel stressed and
awful. I think I really just have to push myself to get back into it again at some point and I HAVE
actually started drawing the next page a while ago! Even finished the first two pannels but the
rest... ungh
I really really want to at least finish the first chapter! More chapters were planned but I can't
even bare to think about them :') So let's just say I will at least finish the first one....
at some point. God knows when.
I guess this is just a little honest talk and update? For anyone who was reading
Flattery And Ale and wondering what became of it.
