I've had about a month or so to think about it and I do not plan to do any more work for streamers in the foreseeable future after having an emote traced and used for a logo by the same person that commissioned it (for the record, I charge much more for logos than emotes). It was kind of a slap in the face to see it and it has really bothered me as an artist. I suppose tracing and stealing happens, but this is my first experience with it. So I guess this is why people have blacklists.

I did show it and my original emote to friends and there was a unanimous opinion that the art was in fact either (poorly) traced or my art was very closely copied. All of this was without my permission.

I do not plan to publicly call out the client, as they were not part of this community, but it has left a very sour taste in my mouth in regards to working for streamers. I do truly enjoy making little overlays and I still plan to make them for myself and my close friends for our streams, but I no longer want to offer them as a commission option for strangers.

If I make a drawing for you that you like, just let me know before it goes up if it will be an overlay. However, under no circumstance do I want it used as an emote or logo. Also, just don't be a dick and don't trace my shit. It really doesn't feel great at all to see it.
