I always thought I never needed help in many things, realizing that you are... and always have been weak is not an easy blow to bear, pretending to be strong is never easy, but when others need to see you well so they can be calm is... it's a habit to wear the "I'm fine" mask when at the end of the day you can barely stand upright.

You are and always will be your worst enemy, and sometimes it's harder to accept it and easier to blame others for your misfortunes.

I know I can't change overnight, but it's important to try little by little.
