Last week on the 17th, I had my account hacked by an Austrian RMT seller that resulted in my account being banned. After time spend on customer support as well as waiting for their investigation to finish up, they finally contacted me about a week later after the suspension and was able to restore my account in full. Everything is still there and I haven't lost anything except for time wasted waiting for this to end.

While I am glad I got my account back, I am still irritated at the RMT punk who did this. I was thinking of getting something as a form of venting. Something like having the hacker/RMT jerk being chased by angry Chocobos or something.
