Just around!
Been busy trying to recalibrate my worklife and figure out how you're supposed to fill your free time when you can't have booze. It's harder than you'd think.
Due to a sudden $1000+ debt from medical bills (personal and boa-related), I haven't been seeking out commissions as regularly as before. Even $30 headshots are a luxury I CAN'T afford right now.
That being said, I'm heading to Houston in August for Stratosfur to bird about, eat some local Texan (??) cuisine and record a live episode of the SoCal Shepherd Show with the rest of the team. Don't worry, we're splitting the cost of the room. Even with money woes, its one small saving grace I can allow before tumbling headfirst into my THIRTIES!!!
Am still occasionally sketching, but as usual my tablet doesn't appear to be working. In other words, a 20min sketch turns into 1.5hrs of reformatting drivers, erasing lines, changing hotkeys, checking cord connections, etc.... I think it might be good to stick with traditional art for the time being.
Hope to see some of you in Houston next month!
