EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ, NEED TO FIND ACCOUNT

I need to find an account of a minor so that I can block them from following, as well as warn other NSFW artists of their account(s)
Here is all of the information I have:

It is blank, with no tweets, followers, following, etc.
If there is ANY way anyone knows of how to find someone's other Twitter accounts based on an existing account, PLEASE help me with that.
This person is confirmed 17 by their own word, will not turn 18 until 2022, and has been following my content for at least 2 years.
They are not from the United States, but seem to speak English as a first or second language fluently, and upon asking, confirmed that the age of consent in their country is still 18.
They lied about their age (or, at a very minimum, lied through omission by withholding such info).
They were a member of my currently-deleted, public Discord server in 2019, and probably until its deletion until 2020 as well. They also shared nudes in said server (again, having lied about his age).
I cannot technically verify any of that information, but they were giving it to me through their own word, and so I will take them at their word considering it is incriminating themselves.
They were not cooperative and dismissed the concerns I had when trying to explain to him why a minor following and interacting with NSFW creators is significantly problematic and dangerous for creators, saying that this is something people have tried to "preach" to him before and he does not care, claiming "nothing will happen". So I cannot just simply ask for their main account, since he knows it will likely lead to him being blocked.
While they were in my Discord server, they had an alt account that they claim is no longer around. They also claimed to not remember what the account's handle was. The information they gave me before becoming uncooperative was that the account had a Rowlet-in-a-box avatar, and could have possibly been named similarly to/involving Lycanroc, "glacier", or "ieosetta".
If you were a member of my Discord server in 2019 or 2020 and have any recollection of a user who would fit that kind of description, PLEASE let me know anything you might remember.
QUICK EDIT:
There is a Furaffinity user known as "ieosetta", but there is no information on the page either, or any follows. I've preemptively blocked them regardless, but there's no necessarily way to tell if it is the same person, aside from the fact that the account was created in 2016 so it could theoretically be old enough to have been the same person in 2019.
Someone on Twitter also found a suspended user formerly known as ieosetta, who was permanently suspended on Twitter while they had the handle "Lycanroxx", which fits the vague description I was given earlier.

Legally, it's up to the adult to confirm the age of a person when it comes to pornographic interaction. If you're under 16 and send your 20-year old boyfriend a picture, and then later decide he was an asshole after you break up and report it to law enforcement? At the BEST you're going to have do deal with some potential legal headaches, but frequently you'll wind up a registered sex offender...
But I guess if we judged based on a case-by-case basis then there wouldn't be naive 18 year-olds for people to prey on, huh? >_>
anyway no, the fellow is right, jack shit will happen unless somebody reports it. if so then trouble tends to be swift, but bringing more attention to it is usually the last thing you want to do.
This is why a barrier between your real self and your online self is supposed to be mandatory lol. posting nudes of yourself is incredibly reckless whether you're 15 or 30, somebody is gonna get in trouble for it eventually, possibly yourself, possibly others. that's the dumbass world we live in.
