damn!! It seems that I must conform to the policies of paypal to my country. All i can suggest is if use paypal, make your prices reflect having to deal with the extras taxes so you still make money for the labor you put into a piece. When a new better option comes up you can change the terms/rates then if you choose

Usually this means that you should make your prices (in USD) reflect the amount you want to recieve AFTER the comission, Which is usually like 5/6% more
After that you'll have to wait the two/three days to even be able to USE the cash lol.
