Yeah as the title says of this Journal, I made my own Patreon page.

Not exactly a surprise one considering how utterly shitty my job has become because of ONE FUCKING PERSON ruined everything that made our jobs easy and communication became garbage. Suffered for over 7 months of constant bullshit, lack of communication and get blamed for shit to cover their own asses and constant promises and trust broken far too many times that I suffered a mental breakdown... And the so called boss still treats this like me over reacting, like nothing is bad but it is.

Moved over to another group who actually treats me like a person, then goes to shit because the damn contract we have with Ikea is ending at October, making both our managers and the asshole boss over react and putting way too much pressure on all of us.

Now finding out that all of this, why everything became so damn shitty, why the communication became so goddamn bad is because the boss that we got last year on December IS the one making this happens. Because he WANTS how the place is going to run like, he holds important information to himself and his constant excuse of not talking anything important is always "Can't talk, have a meeting soon" everytime we try to talk to him and complain about things aren't working as they should.

Not to mentioned he also disregard of the mental abuse by that asshole manager three times, everytime I try to bring it up I noticed straight away of the tone of his voice he didn't take me seriously and me realizing that all of his talk of helping us improve and explore other works was nothing more than a facade to get our guards down and allow this fucking asshole to walk all over us.

So yeah... Had enough and plan ahead after vacation i'm going to study up to get a car license and find another job elsewhere, while at the same time create my patreon and looking up Ko-fi as well and see what I make can also become my job as well.

I'm done with the shitty company and yet at the same time I can't quit or else i'll be out of a paying job... So I will take my own hands and deal with this matter and grow up far away from them and let them deal with their shit.

I'm done being their punching bag and when the time comes to move away, I won't hesitate to grab my things, tell them to fuck off and leave and never return to the company that takes advantage of people who are trying to work and learn.
