Not sure your feelings on them, but I think the hilichurls (and the rest of their kind) in particular are all adorable. I have a hilichurl OC, but if you designed hilichurl adopts, I'd be super interested in snagging him a friend ^_^

As someone who sells tons of adopts, I found the best seller was egg adopts where the person can choose gender/species.
But people love adopts so I think you will do really well!
