General Commissions Guidelines:
> I ONLY take payment through paypal, I don't accept any other payment methods for commissions.
> Payment Currency is GBP / £ / British pounds. You can pay with any currency and paypal will convert it for you.
> Don’t contact me asking when your commission will be completed, instead please refer to my trello- where you can see where your com is in my queue as well as an est. finish time if you click your name! If the estimated finish date has passed, then feel free to contact me and ask for an update ! This would likely be because of life events or health conditions changing my work hours.)
> Commissions are sent to customers via the email address associated with their PayPal account upon completion. If you would like it sent via a different email or method, please mention this when placing the order! As by default I always send completed work through to customers email for the highest quality image version of the art.
> All commissions now have a 5% additional charge ontop of the cost, because of me losing so much of my commissions income to Paypal Fees. For example if a commission is £8 the invoice will be £8.40.
> I only draw characters who are 18+ (even for SFW YCHs.)
> I only work with adult customers, to own a PayPal you have to be 18+.
Terms of Service (YCHS) ;
> Strict no refunds policy, however if you absolutely need a refund ie. for an emergency then I will refund you fully ; only if your commission is yet to be started on.
> If your YCH Commission has been complete, and there is something not correct to the character references, I will edit free of charge. However if you ask for an edit which wasn't described or shown in the references before the order is placed and worked on I will edit only for a charge. (+2-5 depending on how big the change needed is)
> Chargebacks will be posted on beware pages and you will be blacklisted from my socials.
> Credit goes to the respective base creators as credited on the individual posts.
> Refunds will not be given if you don't read the whole description of the YCH and miss something.
> The maximum number of days your commission will take is 60.
Terms of Service (Adopts) ;
> Strict no refunds policy on adoptables.
> Retracting / hiding bids will result in a blacklist from my FA.
> From when auctions end, the winner has 24 hours to pay for the adopt. Otherwise they forfeit it, and it will be reposted.
> Making a bid and not going through with it, or being able to afford it if you win, will also result in a blacklist.
> Please credit me as the adopt designer either to my FA page or to my toyhouse ; vinnieyeen
> The owner of the adopt has full rights over the design after purchase. You must credit myself as the design maker, and the base maker when posting the adopt on socials. You are free to name, get art of, and love the adopt like your own character.
Terms of Service (Custom Designs);
Strict no refunds policy on custom designs. If you need absolutely need a refund ie. for an emergency then I will refund you fully ; only if your commission is yet to be started on.
If your custom commission has been complete and you want a small change, this will be free of charge. However big changes may cause additional charges ; if you did not specify something when placing the order, or when being sent wips.
I send lots of wips for customs, if you do not wish for wips to be sent please specify when ordering. These ensure your happy with the design progression.
Chargebacks will be posted on beware pages and you will be blacklisted from my socials. You will also be publicly named on my FA and discord as a blacklisted customer.
If I feel I cannot create the design to your specifications, I may decline your request for a custom.
Credit goes to the respective base creators when making custom designs.
The maximum number of days your custom design commission will take is 60 days. (Very rarely commissions take the full 60 days.)
