Aw gosh thank you! ;; Yeah there've been times where I've felt guilty pricing things I thought were too high... Then I realized they were actually average prices for my skill level haha.
(Also getting yelled at for a quote a client thought was too high, which turned out to be way lower than average... but thats another story lmao. xD)

Never let the choosing beggars destroy ya. Too many people give artists crap and basically expect ya to work for free because "Art is easy" but trust that you're worth it and not to sell yourself short. :D

Yeah, self doubt is a thing that temds to linger. I am very glad you get some clear proof (the auction war) that your art is worth way more than you thought. Helps keeping those doubts at bay at least.

I'm always surprised when I hear artists like you still struggle with self doubt.
Your characters have a lot of detail and such great expressions. You even have realistic backgrounds with a lot of obvious care put into them. The animations you've done are fluid and fun.
You're one of my favorite artists so keep doing what you enjoy and cherish every piece of art you create. Even the ones you end up scrapping or not posting as each piece of art is something you created and nobody should feel like their efforts were a waste.
You put a lot of passion into your work and it's obvious to a lot of people. That's why we appreciate it all.

I think it might come from always comparing myself to other artists and rejections I had in the past :'D So its like these "not good enough" feelings.
But I think I just need to be more aware that a decent amount of people still love what I do. Negative thoughts tends to cloud my judgement sometimes |'D
