The best aftercare involves a lot of snuggling, a lot of sweet and caring words whispered into my ears, lots of reassurance, and some kisses. That tends to be how aftercare is anyways with my partner, with the duration of it depending on the severity of the scene and just how deeply I've gone into sub space. I historically go deep and with a minimum of effort on my partner/domme's part, leaving me shaking, crying, and giggling with sheer emotional and sensory overload, and yes, high as a kite on the endorphins.

Good aftercare isn't just great in the moment, it really wards off an emotional crash within the next day or two after a hard scene.

Nothing that's of particularly high quality.

Here's one recipe for what's traditional for the locals (I am not originally from the state I live in, so I didn't grow up with this and never developed the taste for it). It's sweet enough that sugar will literally start to fall out of solution like snowflakes.

3 family-sized black tea bags (or 12 individual tea bags) - [standard commercial black tea bags, not higher quality loose leaf tea]
4 cups water, plus more to fill the pitcher
1 1/2 cup sugar
