I. Introduction

Hey there!

It’s currently a high water mark in my life right now. I have a lot of free time at the moment and a steady paycheck coming in. Art is always in the back of my mind, and nothing motivates me more to do it than working for a goal.

I’m going to try raising money for the Trevor Project. If you don’t know, they are an organization that specializes in supporting LGBTQ+ youths. As a person who was once part of this community (now I’m an LGBTQ+ adult!) I can assure you that any and all support they receive is both welcome and needed.

II. Charity Commissions

Charity Commission slots will be open until August 13th 2021 so I have enough time to organize.

Each charity commission slot goes for $10 USD. I will be accepting payments through paypal. You can buy multiple slots, but please fill out multiple forms! These will be single, full-color character pictures (no BG). You pick the scenario and anything the character is wearing or holding. If I don’t finish ALL the charity commissions on stream, I will finish them during the rest of the week for as long as it takes. Please note that I have the right and requirement to refuse any commission that seems too detailed, or will take too long to finish (I want to get as many done as possible after all!). If your idea is too tough, I will let you know so you can pick another. Please comment below with this form filled out. Make sure to answer YES to the first question.

III. Free Art Raffle

In addition to streaming charity commissions, I’ll be doing free art raffle slots as well. These will follow the same rules as the charity commissions. My plan is to do 3 Charity commissions before switching to 3 Free Art Raffle slots. To earn a slot, you need only comment below with this form filled out.

I’ll be using “Marbles on Stream” to determine the raffle winners. Each person entering into the raffle will receive ONE marble (and ONE chance) to win. If your marble comes in the TOP THREE, you will win a free art commission. If you don’t win the first raffle round, you will still have a chance in any further rounds. Previous winners will be filtered out. I am planning on streaming for as long as possible. I don’t know if I can stream for a full 24 hours, but I’ll try to!

Also, if you are physically present during the stream, you will get an extra marble for the free art raffle. I will open a ten minute window for people to show up. After the winners have been determined from the race, you do NOT need to keep watching the stream (but company while I work is always appreciated!). This includes the kind people who donated for a charity commission. This is why you need TWO commission ideas! =D

Finally, you can get a THIRD marble if you post a journal on your FA page advertising this stream (Be sure to link your journal to your comment)

Keep in mind, that you DO NOT need to be present at the stream to win a free picture. Just fill out the commission form and hope you win. You can also earn an extra chance at winning if you make a journal on FA signal boosting this charity event. So if you were a person who could not be present for the raffle stream, you could still have TWO chances to win.

V. Additional Rules

First off, homophobia, racism, bigotry, whining about how your favorite IP is ruined, or anything else of that nature will not be tolerated on my stream. If I find out anyone is doing these things, you will receive ONE warning before I ban you. I realize that these things can be a little hard to define for some, so I’m asking you to use your best judgement and self control when interacting in my chat. Be positive and you'll be okay!

Light kink talk is okay, but keep it as SFW as possible. If you’re not sure how to do that, don’t bring it up or participate in a discussion of those subjects. Keep roleplaying to PMs.

If your free art isn’t to your liking, but you’re not present when I’m doing it, then I’m afraid I must refuse post stream edits. If you want the best chance of getting what you want, PLEASE be present during the stream. If you paid for a slot, I will happily do post stream edits as long as they are reasonable (redrawing the whole thing because you posted a bad ref is NOT reasonable, for example.).

Lastly, if you don’t win a free art raffle slot, don’t get salty or whiney about it. You’re welcome to feel whatever you feel, but if you start flipping out in the chat, you’re going to be crossing the line. Like all the other things, you get ONE warning before I boot you out. If you would like to guarantee a picture, donate 10 bucks for a charity slot! XD

VI. Will draw/Won’t draw

I think the will draw list will be pretty open. If your idea squicks me out (no judgement on you), I’ll let you know and ask you to pick another idea. As a result, I won’t be writing up a will draw list.

I’m willing to go pretty far outside my comfort zone in the name of charity.

I’m hoping my “won’t draw list” will seem pretty reasonable.

That being said, I specialize in the following art content areas:

“Wait. Do I have to match my commission ideas to this?” Answer: NO

I’m just letting any new people unfamiliar with my art know what I specialize in. I’m willing to pretty much do almost anything in SFW content and some NSFW content areas

VII. Final Thoughts

I’ve never tried to personally do a fundraiser/charity art stream before. I realize that I’m not a particularly high tier artist and that it’s possible that NO ONE will want to donate, but I’m okay with that. An outcome like that will still be useful information nonetheless!

Let’s say that the day ends up just being a free art stream. I don’t think I’ll go all the way to 10:00 PM, but I’ll try to make it a fun day for people regardless. Do remember, that more donations equals a longer stream though! n..n
