Got a Scary Wake Up Call

Over the weekend, me and and a family member almost ended up in the ER.
Me and my Dad had a very close shave with a industrial machine.
Both of us are sore, bruised, and cut up. And a bit pissed.
Thankfully, we are okay. But, that was too close of a call for both of us.
We could of ended in very extreme condition and if the tipping point had went even further, we both could of been crushed by 1000's of pounds of weight.
It really put things in perspective and I'm working on changing things in my life.
Its time to get out of the rut and start getting out there again and get my life going.
