I am interested in potentially grabbing N as a vore piece, the second character makes it 30 bucks more, correct? can a belly be added to the shorter character?

Yes, having an additional character would add the extra character costs - and yes, some features can be adjusted, but if the features would affect the rest of the pose / balance it may be better to get something custom instead as at that point I'd need to remake it basically from scratch anyway (and it might even end up cheaper that way).
