Avali usage rules update (Important!)

So, behind the scenes there's actually a bunch of stuff happening in regards to the Avali, which hopefully have more to announce on that within the next couple of weeks. A part of that, following discussion with some of the community's creators, is a relaxing of the usage permission rules!
After some frank discussion it became clear that the current embargo on commercial usage was very unproductive and served only to have a chilling effect on content creators.
Going forth Avali as a race/concept will be re-classified as CC BY-SA under Creative Commons.
In summary:
You can use the original Avali lore, likeness and concept more or less however you please, you may also create your own AU's, adaptations and fan-fiction that uses elements of the original material and publish those; just make sure you credit me and any other creator's who's work yours builds off for the original concept
You may use the Avali in commercial works essentially without limit, including but not limited to commissions, merchandise, avatars, adoptables, Patreons, writing and so on, so long as you give credit to the origin of the concept
A big apology to creators who came to me in the past requesting commercial usage requests but were turned down, it was unnecessarily cautious on my part. You should consider any past refusal as void!

regarding the opening of the avali, i am very thankful for the step you've made.
i cannot say for sure, but probably a few of my clients have been contacting you in deffence of my Nexa'vali creation which is currently going viral on NeosVR.
sadly i cannot put a pricetag on it now as its a bit too late, as i was kindly aknowledging your, now void, guidelines.
but it is a relief knowing not to worry about such things for future similar projects and plans.
i apologise for the inconvenience if it caused any and wish your career a blooming future.
