Feeling unsure, hmm.

Talked a bit before about it but I'm unsure how I want my art to look atm?
Like, do I want pencil lines, soft lines, gritty ones? Soft shading, cell, textured pencil shading? A mix of something? That can go on and on, so many different ways to do things.
I have a favourite artist and I would love to do lines like them but when I try it just doesn't feel quite right? I can't do it the same as it is, doing lines that thick feels off, so the whole thing looks different., it's less textured from theirs, etc.
But then I dunno what to do, hum.
At the same time, I've been loving what I've been doing, I just...do something a little different each time. Which, I could stick to, but I also -want- to kinda pick something instead of changing all the time I guess?

Having so many choices is stressful. I'm often told to just do what I want in the momment, half the time that works, the other half I just can't decide and get stressed lol I guess it's why I want to find a general "look" I'd like to do. But it keeps changing >< Especially as I find new artists I like.
It's also hard to tell myself "Just because you like this person's art, doesn't mean yours needs to look that way". I have a hard time doing thick lines, and that's just how I naturally am, so why force myself to do what another does? But it's easier said then done, very easy to just, want to do what you think looks nice at the time.
I do understand being a creative person and some times being frustrated with the things you come out with. It is fun to try and emulate another person's style. Maybe instead of trying to pick a single style for everything maybe try to put a certain style for what you are working on. Like a softer line and shading for cute romantic and a little sharper line and shading for a character running or a spooky thing, a thin crisp line for the occasional inflatable/pool toy character. Or since you have a separate profile for more adult themes maybe you could try and separate the SFW and NSFW with a little different style.
If you stick to one particular style, you might be a comic artist.
If your style varies, you might be a personal artist intent on discovering themselves.
