Future raffle and commissions update!

Hello, sweets!!!!
New journal updating about commissions and a question I have to make a draw!
About the commissions, I'm delivering the last commissions, little is missing!!
And then the YCH and the chibis will be finished next!
Commission slots for September and October are open (as this time there were less people interested, they can be delivered much sooner!)
And I want to make a raffle, after all, it's been a long time! I know the rules have changed, and I wanted to ask you a question: If I make an image and ask all participants to fav them, does that violate any rules?
