There's an extension/addon you can get for Chrome (and chrome based browsers) and FireFox called "Filter Affinity" that lets you filter out things you don't like by tags, keywords or just entire users altogether. They won't show up in searches, under Browse or in peoples galleries. I would really love it if FA could figure out custom thumbnails so I could censor them but it doesn't work no matter how I try it and hasn't for a number of years :/
