17. Cabaret – Music and Dancing.
18. Monty Python and the Holy Grail – Run Away!
19. Moonraker – James Bond Movie.
20. The Towering Inferno – I watched disaster movies a lot when I lived in California. Probably because I lived where we had earthquakes.

And I'm glad that you listed this as 'some' of your favorite movies. The 70's had so many amazing movies, across all genres, that trying to limit a selection to a mere 20 is impossible. *laughs*
I also enjoyed a lot of older movies from sooner like the Hitchcock movies as well.
#2- One of many classic Sam Peckinpah chase movies.
#3- Peter Benchley made us wary of going back into the water.
#4- Didn't see it. *sigh*
#5- Cowboy: How 'bout some more beans, Mr. Taggart?
Mr. Taggart: I'd say you've had ENOUGH!
... And Mel was right about beans and black coffee!
#6- And this is where reference for "blueberrification" came from!
#7- A movie about cute little rabbits in scary situations.
#8- Classic action-adventure, but it used to scare me in the end about the eyes.
#9- Always let the Wookie win in the games you play... they are very bad sports.
#10- Never saw it, but it's true about modern-day pirates.
#11- Dennis Weaver (from McCloud) learned first-hand about another's road rage.
#12- H.G. Wells goes from science-fiction writer/inventor to being a detective/action-hero!
#13- It was funny as hell watching Robin and Little John strip the Royal Coach completely!
#14- So bad it was made into a Saturday Morning Cartoon on Fox!
#15- Why the Devil's Tower was on Richard Dreyfuss' mind...
#16- "He's happy, she's happy, I'm happy, WE'RE ALL HAPPY!"
#17- Liza Minnelli at her best
#18- Never got to see the full movie, but I saw on YT. Can't forget the rabbit and it scared Sir Robin so badly, he pooped his pants TWICE!!
Sir Robin- I done it again...
#18- Can't forget how Jaws (played by Richard Kiel) and the super-strong yet tiny maiden
fell in love with each other. There is something to be said about size-difference...
... and zero-G love-making.
#20- I missed that one. Irwin Allen had a knack of making disaster movies like
The Poseidon Adventure and Earthquake.
