𝟏. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬
• Please write in a clear and nice manner.
• Provide neat references, not a wall of text.
• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled asap.
• The finished product will always be by a Digital medium. There will never be any physical components.
• If you fail to follow the rules provided I (the artist) have the right to decline your commission.
• No other party other than me is allowed to edit, trace, copy or remove the watermark from a finished product.
𝟐. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
• The currency accepted is USD.
• The payment will only be by PayPal invoice.
• Payments plans are possible only upon acceptance by both parties.
• Do not send me money directly. I will invoice you for payment. If you send me money directly, I will deny your commission immediately.
• I do not accept cryptocurrency as payment.
𝟑. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬
𝟑.𝟏 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬
• You must be 18 years of age or older to commission work from me. If I find that you are not, I will issue an appropriate refund as per my refund policy and cease work immediately.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• Full payment is required before I will begin any work, except in the case where I and the commissioner agree to a payment plan.
• Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.
• WIPs might be given as well if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
• The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as: Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues. If any of the things stated before occurs you will be notified asap.
𝟑.𝟐 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

𝟑.𝟐.𝟐 𝐘𝐂𝐇 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

𝟑.𝟐.𝟑 𝐖𝐈𝐏'𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• WIP 1:Once the information is given I'll provide 1-3 rough sketches of general ideas of illustrations and ask you (the client) to confirm any of those.
• WIP 2: I like to review the anatomy for your character to fit theirs body type at best and make the respective corrections in this step.
• WIP 3: The sketch will be delivered at this step, and as every WIP before, I'll ask for your confirmation, if there's any mistake I (the artist) will take care of it.
• WIP 4: Lineart.
• WIP 5: Base Color.
• Extra WIP's: Showing the coloring process for the client to let them know how the process is going.
𝟒. 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
• Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me must redraw it completely.
• If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
• Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
• I usually take 7-10 days per illustration, but I work in bulk commissions. This means they may not be started immediately. You may review my Trello at any time to track my progress on a piece.
• All edits and changes must be requested within 24 hours of WIP or final piece distribution. Edits and changes may not be requested for any given stage after approval has been given for that stage.
• Stylistic edits will never be accepted. Please review my gallery and previous commissions before choosing to commission me.
𝟓. 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭/𝐔𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
𝟓.𝟏 𝐈, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭:
• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• Have the right to post the commissioned work as part of my portfolio in my social medias.
• Will NOT profit further of the commissioned artwork.
• Will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork or the characters.
𝟓.𝟐 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫:
• Have all the right to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only. Unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art and claim the right of their character(s).
• You may NOT claim any of my art as your own. You must credit me if you would like to post a piece in your own gallery and link the original post.
• Is NOT allowed to edit, trace, copy or remove the watermark from a finished product.
If you break the copyright statement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.𝟓.𝟑 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without consent.
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE
𝟔. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
• The commissioner may request a refund at any point during the process before I begin shading.
- I will only refund 30% of the total commission price if a refund is requested during the flats stage.
- I will only refund 50% of the total commission price if a refund is requested during the lining stage.
- I will only refund 70% of the total commission price if a refund is requested during the sketching stage.
- I will only issue a full refund before I begin work on a piece.
• Refunds will be issued exclusively by me. I do not allow chargebacks or disputes.
• If you file a chargeback against me:
- Your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
- I'll the right to profit over the previous pieces made for yourself.
- You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Tokki-bam ©, ever again.
- I also have every right to file a complaint with PayPal and use all the conversation where the terms of the commission has been given as a proof to protect myself.
𝐀𝐧𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.
