Well here we go! It's finally time to start this project. For those of you who don't know, this project is to help spread music around. What's been stuck in your head this week? Do you love it? Do you despise it? Is it a guilty pleasure of yours?
--My song of the week: "Exogenesis, Symphony Part III (Redemption)" by Muse.--

Goodness, where to start on this song? It's not what I'd expect to hear from this group, but at the same time, I love it. I didn't like their newest album much when it came out, but a few of the songs have really grown on me since we bought it.
The song is rather slow but when I hear it, I imagine two friends running in slow motion, playing a game of sorts. The song itself is very simple and beautiful. It's magical.
So now it's your turn! Whether you hate or love the song that's been stuck in your head this week, post it! Let me know why you feel the way you do about it. Link us to the song as well.

Carl Sagan, with dialogue from his series "Cosmos" autotuned to sing a rather inspiring song about the universe (Better than it sounds) I've always loved Carl Sagan and this song got me back into him. I'm re-watching Cosmos at the moment. He did so much to inspire interest in knowledge about space and the universe, and how things work way out there. The song itself is very inspiring as well, it has a lovely, peaceful tune to it.
"Bang Bang" by Danger Danger.
I'm an 80's hair metal/rock fiend. :s I love it so much.
I've been finding myself listening to the music of the Katamari series all week. I'm currently listening to the soundtrack of the latest game: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_li.....E70EF1D6CA6C03
If you're looking for a single track, Everlasting Love is one of my faves: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lf64_rJk8dY
