Laptop is busted due to a BSOD automatic repair loop issue. No amount of resets, refreshes or recovery states were successful.
Gonna be in the market for a new laptop so i apologize for the long wait until then.

I have a friend who is helping me salvage what we can from my HDD and my m.2 drive and supposedly may have solved the new laptop issue.

Stuff happens, don't worry too much about that. Worry more about being able to recover the hard drive, get your data and stuff! Doesn't sound like it's anything to do with it, so you should hopefully be able to recover everything.

whats the laptop make and model? boot loops are usually issues with the MBR if its windows, but if it restarts before even reaching the bootloader...hmm
There is still ways to save that laptop if it's on window's 10. YT has some guides that may or may not work.
