I was thinking he’d be the same kind of snow squirrel except he has slightly shorter bob cut hair that goes down to his shoulders and is wearing a sailor fuku uniform with a noticeably front tented mini skirt, which is worn intentionally higher so that his pillowy tail “accidentally” lifts the back of the skirt! And unlike his older “sister” this snow squirrel looks much more playful and excitable!
I hope that isn’t too much or too little to go on and that it’s alright with you in the first place!

Species: Shortfin Mako Shark (The first one's a IRL shark image, just a warning since I know some people are scared of IRL Sharks, even on images).
-Build: A similar build like here. If it helps, Salazzle and Inteleon (Both Pokemon) have similar builds that I like
-Genitalia: similar to most of my characters. Huge balls, low hanging. Dick would be humanoid and uncut, with some extra foreskin, enough to still cover the cocktip while fully erect. This size can work well.
-Personality: A rather relaxed personality, carefree, doesn't care much about what's going on the world, usually on his own world.
-Since I see a lot of stuff regarding fingers and toes...for the hands, 5 fingers. For the feet, 4 toes are fine. Toes and Fingers with relatively short claws.
-Extras: No hair at all, that includes head, pubic, chest, etc.
-Color: Well, similar to the Mako shark. The back side would cover the blue part, and the white would be all the front, including the lower jaw down to the tip of the tail. Eye colors I was thinking white sclera, light grey-ish colors for the iris, and a darker grey for the pupil. No eyelashes. Tongue color (If you do a open maw), usual pink colors. same for the cocktip if its exposed in the art. Also the genitalia would have a slight, darker shade of their current color.
-Kinks: loves exposing himself, mostly, wearing almost to no clothes, and if he wears anything its just to tease others by slightly removing them to show off his malehood~
