It feels amazing to be in better shape and feel good about myself. I can move better and just...actually run around and play with my kid. I plan to go above and beyond with this and gain an actual muscle TT__TT. I'm just imaging being able to flex muscles now. the goal is reachable!
The hubby
theblackrook is down to 229 and and is close losing 40 lb as well and I am so proud of him. We are the exercise Duo.
Just extremely happy right now. I kept with my resolution this year!
Plan on updating the Bri ref to match my progress. YUSH!
Also, funny thing that has happened is that I can't see properly out of my car now lol I'm too low now that I've lost so much weight and have to sit on a pillow to look out the window.

Lemon water first thing (not lemonade)
1 egg and turkey bacon
hour later-GYM
10 minutes on stairs (level 6-7)
Afterwards our trainer does what he wills with us. The most prominent thing is the sled(140 pounds pushing forth and pulling back. Going to increase next session)
20 Squats with 35 pound bag
15 lunges each leg
Two laps around gym with 35 bag (there are floors so we running those stairs)
20 rope exercises
20 barbell lifts
This is one set.
We do 5 sets in total
4 more laps around gym
10 minutes in sauna
shower
take our asses home.
This is just today's routine and it varies a lot.
Good for you though, I'm down 20 pounds of covid weight myself :)

I'm still trying to ditch 40 myself. How in the world did you do it? I'm having the worst luck lately.
Pretty much been following my trainers word and cutting out on a lot food and drinks. I do mostly water these days though my trainer says I can have juice if I drink enough water. I just never get to that point and just say screw it. Also, cardio. lots of cardio. The more you do the more you feel you'll be able to endure things.
