TERMS OF SERVICE AND POLICY:

These policies are here to protect both me AND you, and hopefully settle any dispute that may occur. Please read this carefully.

1. Agreement
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to, and that you are fully aware and understanding, of my policies and rules, If you fail to read and understand them, especially after ordering a commission from me, I am not at fault or responsible.
I retain the right to display or advertise the work I do or design as part of my portfolio or for advertising purposes.
You will be able re-upload the commission or design wherever and however you want after I have been paid and completed the work, as long as I'm credited as the original author. Linking back to my profiles or the original source is heavily appreciated and requested.
2. Payment
I accept payment only in USD on Boosty
I work with a full prepayment
Partial payment is possible only for amounts above $200
I do not refund the prepayment in any case, please take this into account before ordering
3. References, Experimentals, Designs, and "Artist's Freedom"
I work with both visual and textual references to characters. If your character does not have a visual reference, you should understand that I may have a different idea of the character from yours.
Such details of the commission as: characters, background, idea and composition are discussed before starting work. If the details of the commission have not been discussed, I draw at my discretion.
For Experimental Commissions, Design commissions, or anything that'd be leaving it up to "Artist's Freedom", let me know and we'll talk and figure something out!
I also offer "lineless" style commissions as a experimental type, if you wish for more examples please ask me or check out some in my gallery!
4. Edits
Free edits are possible at the sketch and flat color stages.
At the flat color stage, I can correct errors in the character's painting and add small details, everything else is discussed at the sketch stage.
After rendering, any edits will be paid.
5. Deadline
The estimated waiting time is about 15-60 days for one art. The exact deadline is discussed with each person separately.
This waiting time strongly depends on the complexity of the image and business in real life.
I will start working as soon as I receive the prepayment.
I try to keep in constant contact with my clients to keep them up to date!
