Why so early?
Because I want to upgrade my working tablet. Actually, I did it in the end of july! And this was my big mistake...

TLDR:
I bought myself a new graphic tablet, of Chinese brand. It came with defects, and that was very disappointing. I really wanted to upgrade my tablet, and had high hopes on new one. So, get a defective one was really hard to me. After some shenanigans with seller, I decided to make a full refund and send the tablet back. I learned, that ttrying to save money on your working stuff was a mistake. So, I choose to buy Wacom Cintiq Pro instead. That still will be really expensive, so I need to do a few commissions to keep our finances well.
Story:
I bought Huion Kamvas 24 Pro on Aliexpress. I want to save some money, cuz in my country it cost more than from China... But my current graphic tablet I bought on Aliexpress too, it works well. And I heard from some artist, that usually all is fine.
I wanted to update my tablet for a year and I was excited. I had money for this upgrade. All was fine. I was super and very excited! I order it. And wait for two weeks and it finally arrived!
You know this feeling, when you buy something that you really-really want and it's expensive stuff? And when it comes you jumping around and can't wait to open it? You want to touch your new, big, expensive, lovely, long awaited thing? And then you saw a goddamn DEFECTS?
I know this feeling.
Cuz when I turn it on, when I even draw for a while, I saw a yellow spot on screen. And few dead pixels (3-5?). Defects on matrix! Witch cost around 70-80% of the product. And fixing cost a lot. I was so disappointed.. It.. It was really hard. It's almost broke me.. Sigh..
So, for sure I open discuss with seller. It was... hard discussion. Seller want to give me 90$, then 150$ and last compensation was around 200$. When tablet cost 900$. And fixing matrix will cost around 600-700$ I guess? I should change matrix! I don't know real cost, just because in my country service don't have spare parts. If seller return at least 50% of product cost it would be fine for me. But he told me to close the dispute in every message and tell that yellow spot and pixels can be ignored. HOW? I spend money for a good product and you sent me defective one!
Other solution was sending me new one. But once again I should work on defective tablet and IF something goes bad - they send new one. Very bad solution. I don't trust them, especially when I see how much they want to close the dispute. I heard if you do that seller can even never answer to you again :/
One more idea - return product (for my money) and send new one. Worst one. I losing money in this solution (I already paid customs tax for defective product + sending product back + one more customs tax for new one).
And last one - return money, full refund. I still should pay money for this return. Ugh.
Fun fact - on Aliexpress if you can’t decide your problem with seller in 5 days, the platform support comes and give you advices. Before that I saw that seller want to refund some money and even ask me about repair cost. But when aliexpress support comes, seller is just - "Eh, here is solution, 20% refund as platform proposed. Or return product for your money and full refund. Accept it."
Seller answered me once a day. Even if I answered him in 1-5 minutes! How I understand (and I still hope that this is not true), it was their strategy to make this dispute as long as they can. Pushing me to keep defect product and maybe give me little refund.
Lucky me this product has free return in 15 days (for ANY reason) and full refund money, after product arrive. Time is running away, you know. 3 days left. And we, me and mrSoldat, thought a lot about every solution very carefully. Our decision was - stop this dispute (seller don't want to help and solution by aliexpress was not great), returning this product for free and receive full refund. And buy new graphic tablet. From our shop, with less stress. And if something goes wrong, I can visit them and discuss personally!
We send this defective tablet back. Package arrived at destination really fast. But still no refund yet (aliexpress gives you 15 days to send product back, and when warehouse accept it - they return money), 5 days left. I think I’ll wait till the end of this period. At least free shipping and full refund. Except customs tax, heh.
Anyway, we think this over and decided to buy a new tablet, Wacom Cintiq 24 Pro. That still will be really expensive, so I need to do a few commissions to keep our finances well.
But this was a nice lesson - don't try to save money on your working stuff. If you want big upgrade, then earn money and buy the best one!
I've already take a rest and ready to work. Feel myself much better. And I think I can't handle it without my friends and mrSoldat, who always support me really a lot.

In the end Wacom is the best of the best, you should be very happy with it.
Sorry to hear about the bad experience with Huion, I often reccomend them as a cheaper alternative to Wacom.
I have an XP-Pen Screen tablet now that's excellent.
