Hey there! How are you all?

I rarely draw humans cuz I suck at this, but now I just want to draw humans and improved, but as always I'm always stuck with it. I don't like my style and even with tutorials and free references, I just can't do something that I like.
I hate my style when I draw humans, especially the head e-e
I want to improve, and develop my style for a better one that I would like.

So here is my question, do you have some advices for a beginner like me?
