Thank you's!

Thank you for all the favourites and especially all the nice comments after I posted that tiny doodle. I thought I owe you some more information about what I've been up to.
I've simply been busy adulting. Doing adult stuff. It has taken over my life and most of my free time. I'm a homeowner, with all the responsibilities that come with it. I have a rather stressful job (working for the government, answering the public's written and verbal questions and requests on the phone). The only way I found to really relax my brain is in front of the TV. Catching up on my Twitter timeline doesn't quite cut it. I also relax now and then with ASMR videos on Youtube. I still lurk a bit on FA too.
Most of my free time has been monopolized by my long term project of organizing my basement and all my stuff piled up down there since we moved in in 2013. That includes my 35 000+ record collection and dozens of turntables, receivers and other such things. My motivation is to hopefully establish myself one day as the "furry king of vinyl records"! (oh brother!) XD
I seem to move forward mostly when I have at least one week off. So it's been a long term project spreading over several years! It has to get done, otherwise, there's no point keeping so much stuff that I can't use because I can't reach it!
I've also hit a huge art block because of Pip Stork. I can't figure out how to finalize his design. I want to make sure he's easy enough to draw, but would also look good as a possible future fursuit one day. I've never really fully developed a bird OC and those wings can be tricky!
I don't know when, but I probably will draw more occasionally.
Again, thank you all for your attention. <3

Hmm... Frag... frog... BOOM! XD
Hee hee hee.
I remember you had quite the collection of vinyls. How long do they last before they start to deteriorate when played in a turntable or just in general? Like movie film on 8 or 16mm reels last a long time, but the materials do get brittle. Learned that when digitizing all the family's 8mm films, beta tapes and VHS tapes.last year.
When did you find the furry fandom BTW? I stumbled into it in summer of 1995. I cant remember if we ever met on the mucks before we met for sure over the InflationNation. (I do plan to revive the site in archival form showing what art and movie clips it had by the time it was shut down.)
If you ever care to reconnect on a messenger or social media, I am mostly on telegram, discord and twitter and facebook. Got that info on my profile page in the contact info section!
Video tape can shrink with time if not stored in the right environment.
Ektachrome film turns red overtime but kodachrome film ages well.
I found the furry fandom in October 2000 while browsing the internet on an uncle's computer. I got mine soon after.
Thank you! :)
