Does anyone know who to ask or where to look for Banjo-Kazooie or Mario 64 rom hacking? Is there a specific forum or other hub centered around either of them? I'd like to work with someone on something, but don't know anything about it myself.
Alternatively, does anyone know of any 3D artists that make low-poly models? Like N64/PS1-era low-poly.

As for low-poly 3D artists...I recall there's someone named 'the-regressor' operating from Tumblr and possibly Twitter that does models in the N64 style.
