FurAffinity Hypocrisy
... Ok so, the admins on here have decided that some of my pics violate terms..... Their claim is as follows.....
Violation #1
Upload Policy: Section 3.1 - Sexual Activity
Photography featuring sexual activity (human or animal) is prohibited.
The following content has been removed:
#40431063, Horse Massage
This has resulted in a Warning Notice (1st Level Offense).
Violation #2
Upload Policy: Section 3.3 - Indecent Photography
Photography depicting nudity (exposed buttocks, breasts, bulges, outlines of genitalia, etc.) or indecently-clothed models (undergarments, diapers, lingerie, etc.) is prohibited. Exceptions may be made for swimsuits worn in public locations, such as a pool or beach.
The following content has been removed:
#43585860, Razz Strip
#42631262, Razz_LeoHex_02
#42631191, MorePup_LeoHex_02
#42631166, MorePup_LeoHex_01
First off.... None of my photos contained / contain exposed anything. 2nd. I find it extremely hypocritical that they through a fit over anything they mention above give the vast amount of drawn content on this site that goes far beyond aaaaaany thing in my photography.
I didn't realize on a site that has gigantic cocks shooting cum all over other creatures (none of which I mind) would be so prudish over pics of me wearing any of what they outline as a violation.
All of this pics were marked adult anyways.... but whatever. Their site their bizarre rules.
I have half a mind to run a cartoon filter over the removed pics and re upload them.... But my time is worth more then this stupidity.
So as not to offend these overly sensitive admins, I won't be posting any more photo content here.
I greatly appreciate all the support and follows on this platform and if you would like to continue seeing and supporting my content, please follow me on:

I know the feeling as I had a similar experience on youtube flagging harmless content for a violation which apparently was flagged and the appeal rejected by an AI. :P *sigh*

Some photos are set to moderate or restricted per Flickr rules. They are viewable but you need to have a Flickr account (which is free) ☺️
I suppose I'll continue watching your Twitter to see more of your photos then. *hugs back*
Part of the problem is that the mods *probably* only review submissions once there is a complaint. If some repressed critter, or a critter from the related faction of "furry was innocent and pure until the sex people messed it up" clicks the report button, the mods are probably only going to look at the submissions cited in the complaint. Again, I don't think there's any way for end users to fix this.
(There is also probably some amount of automated screening of submissions, but that will only be designed to catch things that are against a very limited subset of the site rules.)
Part of the problem is probably the Shinies system. This exposes FA to the demands of PayPal and the credit card networks (Visa, Mastercard, others) - this is the same thing that killed Tumblr, P-rnh-b, and almost killed -nlyf-ns. This probably doesn't have too much effect at the moment, but you'll know that it's happened when three-quarters of the submissions here disappear. Some of the end users disagreed with the Shinies system when it rolled out, but I don't think those concerns were heard.
I don't work or volunteer at FA or any other sites or companies mentioned.
