Terms and Conditions

General
Finally getting around to making some terms and conditions... Well, it's more like a guide on how I work/what I'll do but I figured it's good to have it clearly lined out and all in one place. Of course, as with most rules, there are exceptions and these are liable to evolve. In saying that, the main intent in writing this is to make sure I'm fair to everyone I draw for and that I can also avoid being taken advantage of. <3

WIPS
I typically provide WIPS at multiple stages of drawing.
This is mainly for the sketches, and once I've lined and coloured. Once the drawing (and any alts) are completed, I'm also happy to make minor changes.
Payment
I only take payment via PayPal. I prefer being paid in full upfront, though I'm also happy to wait until I've provided a sketch. And depending on the amount, I'm also happy to set up payment plans. Either way, I'll send out an invoice before starting a commission. For a commission, or a multi-slot YCH, I'm happy to place a hold on a slot for up to a month, depending on circumstances. However, I won't do this for Auctions as I don't see it as fair for other bidders.
Alts
I am happy to do alts, up to three per drawing, and are $10 each.
Complexity Fees
Depending on complexity of a characters design, such as multiple wings, multiple tails, large amounts of details, etc. This is a case-by-case thing, and typically the extra payment is between $5 - $10
Mistakes vs Revisions
A mistake is anything that I've personally done wrong with a drawing. Such as missing a detail previously discussed, or adding something by mistake. Whereas a revision is changes to the original design/drawing plan, an example of this might be, after I'd finished lining a piece, a commissioner may want additional clothing, or another arm. A revision is something that isn't a mistake on my part, and requires additional time drawing that wasn't in the original plan.
In a commission, or a slot YCH, I'm happy to fix any mistakes I've made, whereas for a commission I'll typically allow two smaller revisions (adding, or removing small details), or one larger revision (large changes to a pose, or clothing). For an auction YCH, I'll typically be a bit more lenient, but like most things it's a case-by-case.

If you're interested in getting a commission feel free to note me, and if you've got any questions feel free to ask!
I've also got a trello if you'd like to keep up with what I'm doing: https://trello.com/b/BnB8ioa1/drawing-queue
