I saw their post on deviantart trying to sell the dragon again. People called them out but it seems like they are deleting those comments. I am so sorry this is happening to you and I hope this person starts learning to draw on their own without the use of tracing. :/

For those who want to see and be aware of who NOT to buy from, you can google the link and see the cached version, which will allow you to see the user, since it seems the user who is stealing art and reselling has taken the submission down to avoid being confronted about it. ;)
